Project descriptions are not advice
The builds shown here describe what we did on one specific property, with its own grade, drainage and permitting situation. They are not a recommendation for yours. Grading, base depth and drainage decisions need someone to look at the actual ground.
Prices
Any starting prices shown are just that: a starting point for a build of that size and specification. Grading, backfilling, materials and added features all change the final figure, so the only accurate price is the one on your written quote.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Work begins only under a signed agreement setting out the scope, the price and the schedule.
